Each nanny provides care for one family per event—serving up to three children, depending on care needs—so your little ones receive focused attention from start to finish. Before the celebration, we connect with you during a consultation call to learn your family’s unique routines and preferences. During the event, children enjoy calming activities such as open-ended creative play and story time, keeping them engaged and happy. Caregivers follow each child’s familiar rhythm and pace, providing routine updates to parents so they can relax and fully enjoy the celebration. Minimum 4 Hours of Care.

A friendly, watchful babysitter is stationed at a designated play area, creating a safe, welcoming space for children to explore and socialize. Kids are free to come and go, while parents stay nearby to assist with individual needs such as bathroom breaks. Think of it as a lifeguard for play—offering gentle guidance and consistent oversight without replacing parental care. Children enjoy a guided, age-appropriate craft (customized for your event), plus games and stories to keep the fun lively. Caregivers also provide general oversight during meal times with parent-provided food and drinks. Minimum 4 hours of care.

Playscapes transform any special event into a whimsical wonderland, thoughtfully designed with layered rugs, faux greenery, vintage decorations, and age-appropriate toys to spark creative play. Available in small and large variations, our current options include: Farm Stand, Dress-Up, and Large Sensory Bin. Playscapes can be paired with our care services for events that require supervision.

This play space is best suited for ages 3+ as it contains small items.
