Becky Vaughn-Masters is a stay-at-home mom of two, and the founder of My Event Nanny. Becky is CPR certified and volunteers regularly at the Early Learning Center in Grants Pass, where she supports early childhood development through hands-on play. Becky is passionate about STEAM learning, imaginative storytelling, and sensory-rich activities that help children feel calm, curious, and cared for. With a gentle, playful approach and real-life mom experience, Becky offers on-location childcare you can trust—so you can enjoy your special event knowing your little ones are safe, happy, and close by.

Direct Care Services

One family, one nanny, one perfect event. We'll meet up with your crew before the big day to get to know eachother. Each session includes calming play activities, crafts, and story time—designed to keep little ones engaged, happy, and entertained. Care is limited to three children per family to ensure focused attention throughout your celebration. Regular care hours are from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, extended care support from 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm available at an upgraded price.

Play Space Chaperone

This service provides a friendly, watchful babysitter stationed at a designated play area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment while children explore, play, and socialize. Kids are free to come and go as they please, with parents staying nearby and available to meet their children’s individual needs. Think of it like a lifeguard for play—providing oversight, gentle guidance, and a reassuring presence without replacing parental care.

Typical snack packs include: bottled water, Mott's reduced sugar apple juice, fresh fruit and veggies, string cheese, Archer grass-fed beef stick, and Nature's Bakery fig bar or granola bar. Have special dietary needs or a picky eater? Let's connect to find the right snacks for your kiddo.

Extended Evening Support

Will your event take place late in the evening? We offer extended evening care from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Cost per hour of care.

Sensory Seekers

$250

A crowd favorite for a range of ages. This simple and engaging activity station features a 4x2x1 galvanized tub filled with digging supplies, treasures, and themed toys. A 5x7 rectangular turf rug grounds the space, optional shade umbrella available. Play space is best suited for ages 3+ as it contains small items. Includes 4 hours of play time, set up, tear down, and clean up. Pairs well with Dress Up and Farm Stand stations.

Farm Stand

$250+

Children engage in pretend play as they harvest realistic faux produce and 'gold' from a small sensory bin to sell at a quaint farm stand. The play zone is grounded by a circulation jute rug--optional turf rug and shade umbrella are available. Decor items including wood bowls, baskets, canvas shopping totes, themed art, and faux plants enhance the immersive play experience. Includes 4 hours of play time, set up, tear down, and clean up. Best suited for spaces with level ground. 

Dress Up

$250+

Super heros, wizards, princesses, blue collar workers, and more--your event will be filled with interesting and magical attendees. Costumes and accessories allow littles to explore new worlds as they try on different hats, silly glasses and masks. The play zone is grounded by a circulation jute rug--optional turf rug and shade umbrella are available. Decor items a large faux plant and woven hamper for quick cleanups in between costume changes. Home Base

$500

Give young guests a safe and fun place to gather. Includes four loaded activity boxes (think coloring books, games, stuffies, play dough). For outdoor events, we include just-in-case essentials like a mini first aid kit, sunscreen, citronella bracelets, and instant cold packs. A circular jute rug and 4 metal benches ground the space. Table trays are available for individual activities. Decor includes an 8' gold arch, bunting, canvas signs, faux plants, 2 kid-sized arm chairs, and floor pillows.
